Solution:

The organization will work towards fulfilment of its goals and objectives with which it is run by the employees of the organization. Every organization is working towards satisfying a broader objective fulfilled by small goals which are periodic and supporting the broader organizational objectives. Hence, in order to manage the change in any organization we must first understand the objectives of the organization and then understand various goals that we need to fulfil to remain aligned with the organizational objectives and also fulfil the goals. Hence, whenever an organization is changing it is necessary we have a set objectives which are essentially important to be fulfilled as a result of the change. Hence, we must frame the organization and its business in terms of goals to monitor the change and effectiveness of the change that is being imlemented.

Once we have concrete goals and objectives that describes the organization it is necessary for us to understand the resources an organization has which can be used to fulfill these objectives. Having a clear understanding of what resources we have is an important aspect for any organization because then it helps it in budgeting, financial planning, staffing for the organization which are essential elements to take care of when an organization is undergoing changes. Hence, gaining understanding of the organizational resources and having sufficient control over these resources to move these resources as and when wanted is very much essential for the success of change management within the organization.

Hence, this is how the two tactics helps in managing the change through which an organization is going through. These steps form the essential preliminary steps needed to be taken to implement and executive an effective change management startegy.
