  A worker’s life is considered to be more important and none of the jobs should provide threat issues to the workers. But around 7,500 of workers are losting their life per day due to the poor safety or healthy working conditions in many regions of the world. Out of these, most of the people are dying because of the diseases caused due to poor working conditions and accidents at the job sites. An average of nearly one million workers get hurt at their workplace which affects the physical and economical conditions of the workers very badly.

Due to these conditions, it is mandatory for every companies to ensure a better healthy and safety working environment for the workers. The major issues inorder to ptovide better health and safety to the the workers are :

• Advancement in technology : The improvement in the field of technology can eliminate more of the safety or health related problems in the workplace. Making the systems digitalized, establishing robotics and many automated systems can ensure better working conditions.

• Demographics : The working environment in every companies are changing day by day. Also the safety or health problems are changing according to it. Due to lower age and gender variation, many workers have lack of skills and mental fitness. There will be also problems on migrant workers due to the diversity of working conditions. Thus new safety policies and measures have to be implemented in the workplace according to the current issues of the workers.

• creating safety culture : First of the company manger should define the proper responsibilities regarding the safety nad health care. Then these measures should be shared with the stake holders at each level of the organization. A proper accountability shoul be ensured to maintain a healthy culture. The manager should also encourage certain sessions which help the workers to tell their problems and views in the field of safety.
