Being a customer in 21st century is both expensive and easy when compared to the customers of previous times, also the big ratio of disposable income has even pushed up the NOT SO NECCESARY NEEDS of the customers, which lead to more sales and hence a florishing economy.
Coming to the 1st part:
MY EXPERIENCES AS A CUSTOMER OF 21t CENTURY;

3) HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ENSURED
4) VARIOUS SCHEMES AND VOUCHERS ATTRACTS US TO BUY MORE OFTEN(SOMETIMES, UNNECESSARY PRODUCTS)
5) GLOBAL REACH AS A CUSTOMER IS INCRESED
Coming to the second part, POSITIVE AND NEGATIVES about my experience;
The only negative, i have in my experiences is of unnecessary shopping that i do out of attraction from several schemes, i more often spend more money due to these schemes.
YES, my needs as a customer are met because as i wrotw that" HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ENSURED" this is done in the 21st century tpo ensure that the customer becomes brand loyal and sticks to the brand, so in order to gain their loyality, retails, shopkeepers, brands all are satisfying all the demands of their customer to generate more rofit margins and hence all my needs as a customer are have always been met.
CALL CENTER AND SOCIAL MEDIA: This expample will talk of a situation in which the diffrence betwwen the two is highlighted;
I had an issue with vodafone, here is my issue;
My balance was contiously reducing on my phone even when i was not using any service, nor calling and messaging, i ranged the call center customer support of vodafone for almost around 5 times every time they ensured that this would not happen again in future and also my balance was never reimbursed ever, when i reported this to a social media platorm, i.e twitted my blanace was retured within next 24 hours and never the situation in future was repeated.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER TE INTERNET(chat) is usually followed by a call center support to get a detailed idea of the issue c oncerned.
