The project is Identifying & benchmarking the best practices in talent soucing.The goal identifying problems & challenges in India & international with respect to demographic belief, cultural differences, economic factor, political factor, racism etc., finding out the best practices employed by the International operating companies & Identifying the future trends in recruitment.

Project Scope is clear identification of work that required to be complete in specified time frame. It is very important field identifying the need for the project, understand the objectives of the project, task required to be carried out, resources requirement & schedule of project means when to start & when to end. Identification of milestone etc. These are basic thing can be considered to define project scope during the planning phase.

Statement of work & Project charter is document which includes entire scope of work in terms of CTR (Cost, time, resource), goals & objectives. It covers the entire project. It is part of contract. It is prepare to avoid future disputes related budget, timeliness other deliverables of project & ensure the clear communication about the basic information of project.

There are some important traits you should exhibit to be effective in managing a project team are Delegation of task, Ability to manage pressure of timeliness & pressure of different stakeholders, Team building skills, problem solving & integrity in the work.
