Many factors affecting a nation's business environment.some of them are..Cultural changes of places,approach towards the business,people's religious views,customs and tradition,Econimic conditions,political and religious aspects of particular place..These are the main factors that influence the a nation's business environment.

A business firm occassionally engaged their production process with local bazaar of a particular area,in this circumstances some important changes must be made to the goods/products ,phisical features and cultural factors of that will area affect the nature of that product.Cultural factors such as moral ethics,educational completion,decision making skills of that place's people also affect a company's location decision.

Nation's are tottaly different from their mentality towards business and investment from another nation.Sometimes government can restrict foreign company's investment and barred the foreign companies from freely eliminating capital from the host nation,this can force the foreign company to invest money in that country for another new projects . sometime government's environmental restriction resulted increasing production cost.
