About successful group:

I was a new joinee in an company where i looped in a group with whom i dont have any relationship. It is very difficult phase where all others were busy in their works but i have to learn from them what they are doing. As i am saying this is a successful group because of some reasons which are:-1) We have daily half-an-hr meeting where we used to talk what we are doing and what are our plans. 2) By the meetings, we have knowledge of everyone's work in the group. 3) We will do the work allotted along with atleast one other person involved, so that he/she can manage in his/her absence. 4) Because of involving other, we can used to generate new ideas in work place. 5) With the Involving other, we can share our works and used to complete them in time. 6) In the daily meet, we not only talk about the work we also talk about team building activities, lot of knowledge will be shared in such time. 7) We used to make parties every month so that we can have a good rapo in between us. 8) We will talk on every issue and have a same word on that. 9) We wont compromise but we realize why we are not in line with others and we make sure that we all are in correct path. 10) We are responsible to ourselves and for group also.

About Unsuccessful group:

I used to be in another group also, where i felt it is unsuccessful for personally because 1) The responsibility/ ownership of work is wont be individually cared. 2) The leader only used to have pressure, others think its not their part. 3) The people will time pass but wont concentrate by which the people who work will loose interest. 4) Even the work was split we dont used to have knowledge of others work. 5) Delay in submissions. 6) No rapo between each other. 7) Individually working- No sharing, No ideas, No meeting of deadlines, No out-of-box thinking, No knowledge sharing, No relationships.
