Answer--Human resource is an important department of the organization. As the human resources department is responsible for the recruitment of employees in the organization, and recruiting the right person for the right job is a key factor for the success of the organization as well as for the human resources practices. One of the activities of human resource is to do a job analysis which means kind and type of job for which they need to search employees according to the skills required and technical knowledge, recruitment is the lengthy process for the human resources in which there are steps involved like sorting of employees, screening of the employees, aptitude test of the employees then face to face interview round with the selected employees, then making a final decision for the selection of deserving candidates. Except for the recruitment process, there are lots of HR practices which is followed by the human resources department in their day to day work like proving safe, healthy and happy workplace for the employees, checking out the performance report of newly admitted employees is on of the most important practices of human resources practices in which they closely monitored the newly admitted employees to the organization and all the appraisal and bonuses are dependent on their performance,motivation programs are also organised as Hr practices because these type of sessions encourages and motivates employees to do their best for the organization.
