In 2005 ,Procter and gamble purchased Gillette. This is specific purchases parked and internal growth which lead yet to be more innovative in the specific Market by introducing and merging itself into Procter and gamble.
Procter and gamble use the top talent included in the Gillette. It was hard to maintain employees into the organisation as a Gillette merged into Procter and gamble.
Procter and gamble handled the situation by hiding the top 10 and from June 18 to the organisation and also increasing that payments. By properly training the top employment from July, procter and gamble successfully developed a better marketing strategy by using these top talents and tackle the challenges by training the employees effectively according to the market.
