Here are some of the tools and techniques that Amber can use for the enchancement and development of their team and also their contribution towards the project goal which is hositng a successful anniversary celebration:
Provide control over the staff leaders – the highest executives of the organization recognize control. To own the team leaders means nothing more than to encourage them to determine for themselves and to keep them to account. It adds to a feeling of obligation for his job in him as you make a team leader responsible for his job. He continues to see his job differently, such that his decisions will affect the entire team's success.
Minimum standards for contact — Contact is one of the main variables of team success. Contact Organizations struggle without good contact. As miscommunication happens and this causes other problems in the absence of communication. Many popular organizations are good in interacting effectively. Today, a project manager is responsible for maintaining successful coordination in a squad. When allowing team leaders to realize their roles, collaboration plays a major part. And if contact lags are present, it may contribute to many confusions within a team that would inevitably impact a team's overall profitability.
Create collaboration activities — Productivity in teams primarily relies on the companionship of team leaders.
