When go for searching a veteran there would be really a get difficulty faced by the company. Even when a simple empolyee is laid off it would cause a great effort for the company to find a new person for that post. So the difficulty become thirce the time when you searching or try to hire a veteran for the company. Even though it is a tiresome task for the organization hiring a veteran there are many benefits for the company such as They have a great exposure and experience in their field, they could solve problem with less cost, the coluld handle their works with great attention etc., these are some of benefits in hiring a veteran for the company. But it is not an easy task for the company to hire it some of the obstacles faced are the company might not have a proper budget to hire them, or they could not afford them, the job in the company might not attract them, company might have its unique place in the market etc, are some of the problems faced in hiring veterans.
