The elements of integrated marketing communication mix are
Advertising - It is paid promotion of ideas, goods or services by identifyed sponsorer. Eg: any advt on TV
Sales promotion - It is short term incentieves to encourage the purchase of goods or services. For eg: people setting up their stalls for promotions in malls eg: in bank account stall, any newly launced bike or car in a shopping arena
Personal selling - In this seller goes to the client on and talks to him on one to one basis : eg: door to door selling.
Public relations - Here the company by favourable publicity, corporate image, brand etc. Eg: TATA Brand is just considered standard by many people.
Direct & Online marketing - It is direct connection with target customers for good sales and to gain immediate response. Eg: Investment agents directly calling up rich people for the investment instead of advertising or campaigning
Ans 1B) Personal selling - It involves the sale on one on one basis, either face to face or by direct telephonic conversation. There are many examples, eg: mobile companies calling up to explain their plans, or any pvt banks calling up for aksing the requirement and offers on the loan. This can create stog customer satisfaction level, good client relationship
