Ethical leadership is an important element for good working of management for the managers as well as the employees at all the levels of enterprise. The managerial ethics not only is important for maintaining the relationship between the managers and his subordinates but also for creating a healthy and ethical environment for better working for the employees as well as managers.
The codes of conduct are sometimes alone sufficient for the managers to make good decisions. But taking care of the unity between this subordinates and himself, is an important fact to be looked after seriously. When the subordinates work unitedly and cooperate with their manager and follow the instructions given then the working place becomes comfortable for everyone to put in their best. In enterprises where these points are not taken care of, the conflicts between the employees as well as between the subordinates and their master rises. For better working conditions, some norms and ethics can be followed easily, so that their are no problems in the enterprise and the working of the enterprise is affected
