1. Ingredients of a good life according to me:

• Having meaningful and happy relationships in life. The need to have close relationships and belong to someone is a major motivator of human behavior.
• A sense of purpose and accomplishment in one's life
• Having good health and being in good shape without any physical ailments

2. Each ingredient has its own importance. Happy and fulfilling relationships contribute significantly to one's happiness level. Caring for and being cared for is one of the greatest joys of life. Similarly, a life without a sense of purpose and accomplishment is futile. One of the major causes of suicide is a lack of purpose in life. Being in a good state of health is also important. Physical ailments tend to cause a lot of stress to the individual and those around him/her.

3. The best way to evaluating your life is through self reflection. It is important to think about the ingredients of a good life and the extent you feel you have them.
