2. Each ingredient has its own importance. Happy and fulfilling relationships contribute significantly to one's happiness level. Caring for and being cared for is one of the greatest joys of life. Similarly, a life without a sense of purpose and accomplishment is futile. One of the major causes of suicide is a lack of purpose in life. Being in a good state of health is also important. Physical ailments tend to cause a lot of stress to the individual and those around him/her.
3. The best way to evaluating your life is through self reflection. It is important to think about the ingredients of a good life and the extent you feel you have them.
