1. In your own words - and based on your interpretation of Weber's ideal-typical definition of bureaucracy - try to imagine what Max Weber would have said about Peter Blau's second study of the "dynamic" bureaucracy, that is, the study of the regulator.
2. Use any decision theory - or decision theories - to reflect on your decision that led to your choice of study subject. In the beginning, briefly describe how your decision-making process went.

Max Weber's ideal-typical definition of bureaucracy can be explained as that he explains, a scheme distinguished by a group of labours, a broadly explained hierarchy system, explained rules and regulations in detail, and unbiased relation make “ideal bureaucracy” for the system. Weber's acknowledge that this “ideal bureaucracy” has no existence in the real world, but it has represented a choosy rebuilding of the true world.
I can imagine Max Weber's WOULD have said Peter Blau's second study of the "dynamic" bureaucracy through explaining in such way so that a common man can understand about it. The realistic example can be related to labours life and hierarchy system in their job. As Peter Blau has also explained it in common way and the research is on myths and folklore surrounding the notion of government’s bureaucracy system.

The reflect of the decision that led to my choice of study a subject can be explained very simply using the decision theory which relates to process of making decision. Firstly let us understand what decision theory is and how it works.
There are majorly six steps involved in decision theory which is;
1. Clearly defining the problem
2. All availabe alternatives
3. Identification of outcome and criteria
4. Benefits of each combinations of alternatives
5. And by applying one mathematical decision theory to the problem
6. By applying model and making the decision
I can now simply say that when it came to choice of my subject, I applied the above process in order to choose my study subject very wisely and same can be understood. Here is the generic decision model which has reflected on my decision.
