The product that we would be considering here is iPhone which is Apple’s one of the most selling products in the global market. The target market is all the middle class and upper class people living in many parts of the world. Also the age group above 15 years of age is a potential user and the most prominent one is 25 years-50 years age group.

The behaviour that I would want is that customers should show loyalty towards the product, they should be the repeat customers, the customers should feel that the product is a premier product since it is more expensive that others, and also the work of mouth after using the phone is something that holds a lot of importance for the company.

Some of the mental steps would be to communicate in the advertisements that the product is a luxury brand premier product so that more and more people tend to buy it, also the after sales service experience should be great and lastly brand loyalty could be a message that can be given to communicate that iPhone is better than its competitors.
