This movement of people and their scattering actually cause troubles and difficulties with the homeland. Because for them this movement of people is a leakage of the resource available in their country.

First we must discuss about the reasons with this migration and settlement. Actually the expert people is moving or migrating into a new land, in which their home land is missing their ability for the development process.
