OTHE MAIN CONCERN IS THE TIME MANAGEMENT AND OBSTACLES THAT NEED TO BE OVERCOME SO THAT PROJECTS GET COMPETED IN TIME OR ELSE WITH INCREASE IN TIME DURATION OF THE PROJECT THE OVER ALL COST OF THE PROJECT TOO INCREASES.
