Outline a customer satisfaction survey for your college. First, who are the customers? What arenas and facets will be measured? What are three to five attributes of two of these facets?
Assuming the customer satisfaction survey is for the students who are studyingi in the college, the customers are the students. We would want to measure how satisfied the students are after getting admitted into the college.
Here, we will measure their satisfaction in the following arenas anf facets:
1. Infrastructure of the college campus
2. The quality of faculty teaching there
3. Campus Placements
4. Degree of popularity of the college
5. Activities within the college and platform to participate in activities
Attributes:
1. Infrastructure: For infrastructure, we will look at the following:
a. Area of the campus under college
b. Area under hostel and under college administration (classes, workshops and administrative buildings)
c. Greenery within the campus
d. Facilities within the campus for sports, classes, large gatherings, daily needs, etc.
e. Location of the campus
2. For the quality of faculty teaching, we will look at the following:
a. Popularity of faculty
b. Faculty-Student Ratio
c. Annual publications of the faculty
d. Reach of faculty in research and corporate world.
3. For Campus Placements, we will look at the following attributes:
a. Mean, Median, Max, Min Salaries/CTC offered to students getting placed from campus.
b. No. of companies visiting the campus
c. Companies-Students Ratio
d. Reputation of the companies visiting the campus.
4. For the degree of popularity of the college, we will look at following attributes:
a. No. of campuses across a country/globe
b. Ratio of no. of students applying to college to no. of seats
c. General awareness of the college across a country/globe
5. For activities within the college and platform to participate in activities, we will look at following attributes:
a. No. of business/corporate competitions students of the college participate in
b. No. of business/corporate competitions students of the college win
c. No. of societies within the college
d. No. of events organised by the college
