Our justice sustem believs in human rights. Every defendants and Victims can get their rights equaly. The balancig between the rights is not a easy task to do. A recent onference about the rights of Victims and defendants have stated some individual rules to state the rights of victim and Defendant.They are bringing the mix of Practitioners from this field so that they can manage perfectly the right of Victims and Defendants.

INTERNATIONAL AND HYBRID CRIMINAL TRIBUNALS have stated some different rights for the victims and Defenders.
