People are are not very confident in the criminal justice system because they believe that the judiciary takes a lot of time which simply means that if justice is delayed justice is denied. The victim who has been suffered from the crime first faces the the Criminal activity against him or her and later on he has to spend a lot of time,energy, money and resources in order to get justice which he gets over a long time period and even the justice is not guaranteed.
Some of the suggestions I would like to give in order to improve the criminal justice system are as follows-
1. The most important point is justice delayed is justice denied. So the most important factor with respect to criminal justice system is that justice must be given as early as possible.
2. The criminal courts must be open throughout the year so that the pending cases must be resolved as early as possible.
3. The courts must be properly modernized with complete digital facility available, so that the unnecessary time which is wasted in documentation could be done as early as possible.
4. Fast Track courts must be increased, so that there is no need of wasting time by presenting the case in Lower court and upper court.
5. There are many instances in which because of the influence of political figure the case gets dismissed in the court of law in such case the judge must take immediate action against the politicians.
6. The Judiciary laws must be reformed and the law which has become obsolete must be abolished and new laws must be formed with respect to present social conditions.
