A- Accountability: A woman employee or leader shows more accountability than men.

B- Dedication: The dedication towards work and workplace is a key factor to achieve higher roles. The dedication of a woman is more towards work than a man.

The diversity on workplace is very important to create healthy environment and work culture, the diversity also increase productivity as well as competition. President Obama was the prominent supporter of diverse culture, so that he commented over workplace diversity lead to gender diversity as well as ethnic diversity.

In my opinion, the barriers between groups, gender and citizenship can be braked by diverse culture, conversation tolerance towards different groups. We must understand that, we all are the part of society, we shares common earth and atmosphere so that without work together we will not develop the economy and society. This awareness may help to break through glass ceiling.
