Ethical Issues Regarding Emerging Technologies
We examine only one area of the different types of emerging technologies and the ethical issues that can arise in connection with them. We focus on the ethics of businesses collecting detailed, and often very private, information on their customers in order to use that information to increase their profits. Ethical issues can be examined from the perspective of the consumers whose information is being collected or from the perspective of the businesses, concerning both how they collect and how they use this information.
Is the increase in information gathering by businesses for increasing their profits a good or bad thing on the whole? Consider the arguments given by Johnson, the perspective of customers, and the perspective of the businesses themselves. Do you think the increasing use of such technologies leads to violations of individual rights and, if so, specifically what rights?

Emerging Technologies such as implementation of electronic
management system can directly lead to an organisational change
which is required to implement this this specific systems to the
organisational structure as it needs a total Reform and
redevelopment of the internal strategies which are required to do
the business. By application of human resource management system as
well as different electronic based systems which are oriented
towards the new technologies can be very beneficial for the
organisation in terms of being implemented.
At the technological advancement is taking place, every
organisation must have to be updated with the new technologies. If
any organisation fails to update itself with the new technologies
then it will feel in the market drastically. As most of the things
are turning digital an organisation should also be turning digital
as per the requirement of the market which will directly increase
their overall level of efficiency as well as productivity to
provide ethical as well as better working environment for the
employees and to maintain productive working structure by
implementing different Technologies such as automation.
For an example.
3D printing if a new technology which is taking over every
market segment. It is widely being used for creating new
technological advancements and it has given power to the customer
to create their own imaginations in reality.
Europe is a center point of development in 3D printing Technology
and mostly being used in medical as well as other industries which
use Complex problems. 3D printing Technology has been solving
Complex issues at a very cost effective manner.
In next 3 years Europe would be having 3D printers in each and
every industry and the 3D printers would be giving their
contribution towards development of a better place for the
organisations. Advancement in medical care as well as being used in
different technological companies, 3D printing would be creating a
large difference in Europe. As the 3D printers have become very
very cheap, it comes under the reach of common customer which has
open door to the better designs as well as product prototyping for
small scale businesses. Level of innovations has also increased as
innovators have a specific tool to turn their innovation into
reality. This would leave deep Impact on the market in Europe.
After doing the market research, Germany would be the center of the market along with the United Kingdom and France as most of the three 3D development in different industries are rapidly happening in these countries. These countries have a larger market share than others and also very technological advance that they are leading the industry in that specific segment.
