As my company is operating in Healthcare industry provision of diversity is very important as having a diverse culture in a nursing facility reason for organisation to increase its overall efficiency and to understand different aspect of implemented into the organisation structure to create a better working environment.

Our Nursing Home has employees from different cultures which makes it more diverse another Nursing Home. Type of approach directly increases the overall quality of the services provided to the patients as we have a better understanding of different cultures which are being treated in our Nursing Home. Human resources can be easily used as a tool to increase the overall compatibility of the patients to what the nursing home and to improve the quality of a service that is being provided to the patient which would definitely help in creating a for image and increase the brand structure. Also have intense online presence which theory focuses on different diversities which should be involved in the organisational structure. This also provides a better information about different cultures and learning about different cultures provide positive impact on the working structure of the Nursing Home.

All of these approaches create better brand image which directly increases the mouth to mouth publicity as customer has a better experience that this type of approach helps in maintaining positive brand identity which is the essential for such industry.
