d.) Aspirin is often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains, as an antipyretic to reduce fever, and as an anti-inflammatory medication. It is also used to help prevent heart attacks, strokes, and blood clot formation in people at risk of developing blood clots.

The medicinal properties of tumeric/curcumin have also been scientifically proven. My opinion on "Alternative medicine" is that it can be used as preventive measures against developing a condiiton/disease. Alternative medicine is not scientifically supported.

With all the food items consumed during the day using this 1300-calorie meal plan, total caloric consumption added to 1320 which is perfectly within the limit of this 1300-calorie meal plan.
