Ans:- There are different similarities and differences in leadership across cultures like:-

a). There is vertical chain of command in Germany and instructions flow from top to down. However they also mitivate their employees and take valuable feedback form employees.

b). In France, the decision is made at top level and leadership style is mainly autocratic.

c). In Japan, most of the ideas mainly originate at bottom level and passed on to middle management. Top management doesn't involve in day to day operation.

d). In the USA leadership means getting things done and making money for self and firm. The idea of individual benefit is respected and they mainly focus on incentives, bonuses etc.

There are different similarities and differences in leadership among genders like:-

a). Women generally tend to be more co-operative and participating. While men tend to be dominating and guide by command.

b). Men tend to be more loud about thier accomplishment while women don't boast thier achievements and guide by example.

c). Women tend to involve with employees and get to know them personally whereas there is less chances that men would like to know the employees at personal level.

d). Women prefer flat organisational structure where men tends towards hierarchial structure.
