As per educational psychologist Dr.Bobby Hoffman who is an associate professor in the school of teaching learning and leadership at the University of Central Florida and author of Motivation for Learning and Performance, most human action is motivated bye certain selfie leads which determine what and how we do things and how we see are achievements in comparison to the rest of the world. Our self beliefs so strong that De influence Aquarius relationships and accomplishments in life. Self perception is the basic and fundamental assessment guidelines for a personal capabilities and output from them after application of effort.

One of the most dominant perceptions that an individual may have is of the control over destiny. People were focused externally always feel that destiny is not within their direct control while those with an external outlook will avoid challenges and prefer to remain stagnant. The individuals with the external focus tend to convince themselves that they do not have control over what happens to them. On the contrary people who have self belief always feel that they are responsible as individuals and accountable as well for their achievements or failures.

Competency is another major self belief which motivates behaviour of an individual. It it mostly consists of an individual's assessment of their competency and the resultant perception due to this analysis. DAVV result mostly designs an individual attitude to any challenge pataas and whether they will like to engage in it, face it, or withdraw and avoid. An individual who lacks self belief is mostly coming up with negative assessment of is competency which results in fear of failure and subsequent evaluation from others resulting in humiliation.

Thirdly a belief which also impacts actions and behaviours greatly is amount of value that various tasks and their results may hold for an individual. This can be highly variable based on social structure, culture, extent of education and development. Any task or goal which an individual identifies as having low value or result of which may not have sufficient utility becomes unattractive and a person is reluctant to invest time and effort. The value of a particular task before the influenced by weather the task itself is enjoyable providing intrinsic value to it or whether the completion of the task may provide some perception of utility value.

Another measure of the self belief of an individual can be said to arise from the reason for identification and pursuing of goals. Goals play an important part in every individuals life as it is a single factor which can motivate an individual to excellence and performance beyond their abilities. Once targeted gold has been identified and set up for shipment by an individual the focus and effort required for its achievement becomes self motivating. The reason behind achievement of a goal can expose various differences between perception of self, weather the success is desired for satisfaction of self or to impress others.

Last but not the least is epistemology which is a persons believe in themselves based on the level of Intelligence and the amount of knowledge they have acquired. This can be basically categorised into 3 times of individuals with different perceptions of self. One of the approaches is a fixed approach the belief is that there is only one right way for everything. Secondly there is a more flexible and agile approach the belief is that opinions may differ hence, there are always alternatives to every solution. Other approach is more analytical in nature and we take into consideration all views as equally balanced but arrive at 1 which is the best option on the basis of various considerations. Self belief related to intelligence me either consider intelligence as a fixed quality at an individual is born with where it becomes an entity. The Other view may consider intelligence as being subject to improvement through acquisition of knowledge and therefore, incremental.

Self beliefs can be numerous and varied, which is clearly evident from the vast population of human beings as also the basic intricate differences inbuilt into every individual behaviour and belief patterns. The very word individual clearly denotes unique entity which is similar to no other. Even though not exhaustive the above listed beliefs are based on evidence from educational social and developmental psychology, and therefore can be said to provide quite a clear and complete picture of the major factors influencing and individuals belief and subsequent actions based on these beliefs.
