Support service after sales is an utmost important parameter in every industry.Customers face a lot of issues if they are buying a new product or service from a company sometimes due to lack of knowledge on the product and service and also they face some technical difficulty due to some glitch in the product.Every company has its own customer service department to help its customers effectively.But as the customer base is increasing day by day it is becoming more difficult for them to handle a large population.We can take an example of such scenario of a consumer electronics making company. As there are hundreds of variant available for a particular product it sometimes makes a confusing scenario for the customers to make a decision what to purchase.This situation can be handled by the company by a simple video which will show the different variety of products and their usage and whether it will be for commercial use or domestic.With the size of the family and the usage how the product category varies can be shown in the video.Along with that for each product category, there should be a separate pop-up video which a customer can select interactively to know the product more closely.Similarly, a company can make a video for its products troubleshooting and installation guide.This video will walk through the overview of the product specifications and installation requirements.This video can save a considerable amount of cost as well as manhours for a company by guiding the customers and without using its own technical persons for smaller jobs.This procedure can also be applicable in troubleshooting area.

It can show them the main trouble areas which they need to handle.Even this video can show them the use of different kind of tools and techniques.It will not only train them but also guide them always if they can take the videos in their portable devices to their work which a conventional raining method can't give.
