The childrens are presence of our future generationsans it is the 1st period of every man's life. But this period is most vulnerable stage of life by health and emotion. As an educator I can support children by =

1. Form and maintain a trust worthy relationship with the child.

2. Encourage the child to take risk = the child has to encourage to take risk by rewarding them for tiny wins, make them believe that they are safe all time, let them to go out from home. This will help them to understand the type of risk, severity of risk, experience of risk and find out how to manage the condition.

3. Employing children for there self management = the children employed in there self management, increases there self confidence and self respect and make them to be a self supported man.

4. Help to grow ability to assess and analyse the problem or risk conditions and find the most appropriate management.

5. Give the answer all there query properly and explain them at there understanding level.
