Traditional and current:

The traditional approaches of human resources focus on the process of recruitment, providing appraisals to the employees, maintaining payroll management and others employee development initiatives like introducing incentives as per the performance.

The current view of human resource management is to attract the employees by rewarding them individually with all benefits to the organization so that they can be motivated to take the workload and perform better. Mostly the human resource management focuses on the strategic aspects of the decision-making process so that it attracts the fulfillment of the goal to the rest of the organization.

To drive the organizational success it is required to implement factors of the human resource management functions. The first approach is to enhance the ethical perspective in the decision-making process and the engagement of the HRM policies. The ethical cultures are required to be mandated in the organization to make the organization collaborative and work trendy. The organizations are likely required to provide job safety to its employee as it motivates them to work passionately with full dedication. The HRM should target the most deserving and potential employees so that better compensation benefits shall be provided to them. It will motivate other employees to achieve “A” level of success with a clear vision. The HRM should introduce training and learning activities which will boost the organization employees to achieve the knowledge of the latest working trends and it will help them to bring the implementation in work process. The process will lead to an intense building of the organizational approach towards the fulfillment of the targets and will make the organization to sustain its goal for a prolonged period.
