There are issues related to obtaining licenses and acquiring kitchen equipments and tables. There are troubles related to staff procurement and staff training and Labour costs. There are issues faced by them for obtaining enough funds for the restaurant. New restaurant owners face problems related to consistent taste, quality and enhancing customer service. There are challenges faced like chaotic customers, shortage or overflow of food and problem related to capital for buying raw materials. The problem is solved by taking into account proper management and development. There are opportunities for growth tackled for new restaurant owners. Management training and performance helps to deal with the problem.
