Describe a minimum of two strategies to encourage students to build the foundations of language process with students. How will you include families into the reading development and foundations of language process with students
Answer- To develop the language process with students, we require a strategic scaffolding of students' interaction with text, student to student discussion regarding text and effective support for writing about the text. If we seriously provide meaningful access to all aspects of the curriculum, the students would be able to develop their language skills and reading ability more effectively. Some main strategies that we can follow to build the foundations of language process with the students are-
Learning is not limited to the classroom only. Parents should be equally involved for the development of the language process and reading skills of their children. A teacher may help the parents by providing information and ideas how to assist their kids with curriculum related activites. Parents should encourage reading at home by providing an environment based on the child's personality, interests and level. Parents should be guided to build constructive relationships with their children by including some fun ideas for reading.
