Maternal mortality is of the major problem which is seen by many time and should be treated and handled very carefully and for that mnc are made.

There are 4 major causes which account for 75% cases of materal death and they are:

1) is PPM- POST PARTUM HEMORRHAGE

2 ) INFECTION

3) ECLAMPSIA

4 UNSAFE ABORTION

Post partum hemorrhage caused by the uterine atony or any trauma or due to retension of placenta

These are some conditions which causes massive bleeding and can cause maternal death

Likewise this other causes are also very complicated tjat can cause mother death if any severe infection or blood pressure is rised can also caused death

And if abortion is induced then it can cause severe complication and death

Complications during pregnancy is the major causes of materal mortality and for this there should be proper care and monitoring during gestation period

All such conditions should be taken seriously and should be solved in time.
