Gender , race snd class :

Importance of them in various places / aspects / situations :

1. Corporate world :

* while appointing it is necessary to know the work nature involved in kind of job an employee is being associated to.

* if the task requires much patient like editing / checking / repetitive work then a woman is considered better option than men.

* but if it requires a strong person with good stamina then a man is preferred to woman.

* if it is a modelling / fancy type of stuff related job then people with good class of fashion sense can really pull off well.

* May be any other specifications the recruiter want in employees. Basing on that he will employ. Thus gender / race / class should be used out of making choice / out of various situations but not on discriminative moto or basis.

Teaching profession :

* A lady is assumed to manage kindergarten students well is a notion. May be yes for some cases cause she is found in motherly nature. But that does not mean a man can't do or he is not to be appointed.

* Similar in case of men. He is best NCC trainer than woman. Well that is just like a comfort zone of men but does not mean woman cant pull it off

Software profession :

* Indians are assumed to be good at mathematics calculations and thus formulation works in preparing a software can be done by them / good knowledge by them / good skills by them is felt by many.

But there need not be any truth in partial / complete nature.

* first criteria for any profession has to be qualification , discipline and commitment nature towards your work.

* gender / race / class may help you in initial entry but need not sustain in long run.

* A specific work behaviour alone increases the work scope and expand new avenues. But not any other ones.

* but there exists few aspects which are to be understood practically that

• you cant assign a pregnant woman in field jobs / travelling involved jobs for specific time period.

• you may expect sudden exists in rules change if all you're employees are belonged to specific outside country.

• advertisement / theatres / any other creative or artistic jobs require a specific class of thought processed people.
