There are so many things that influence the criminal justice system and it only depends on the individuals works in the system because apart from their designation they are also belong to a particular gender and race which consciously or unconsciously influence their decisions which reflects in the criminal justice system.

For example , In some cases a women cop used to be biased to the women suspects or criminals and sometimes favours them while it is seen or there so many evidences which shows that in US criminal justice system is biased and they usually believe that most of the black peoples are involved in crime activities . Because of these believes in whites they usually arrests black peoples on the basis of their suspicions and they are wrongly convicted and very badly treated in prisons.

Therefore, when we see these cases we can say that the gender and race influence the criminal justice system.
