Death penalty and euthanasia are two policy problems in the context of criminal justice.

The country, policy makers, social workers, government, non profit organisations and the other allied stakeholders are divided because of their varying perceptions and justifications towards whether there should be death penalty and euthanasia or not.

The root reasons behind the problem is the cultural facets allied with these two issues, reflection of the experts in respective fields, and even intentional exploitation of these issues for individual benefits or benefits to specific ideologies of certain political parties.

The delays in the justice system, thirsty media for TRP are also responsible for much of the extent for this scenario.

The problem can be better handled through analysing the rela cases wherein death penalties and euthanasia were either allowed or disallowed. Opinions of experts like doctors, social workers and families of related people matter a lot as through them only, we can arrive at a satisfactory solace of this problem.
