Conflict is the part of the society and it occours when the ego clashes between the persons. Conflict is bad in the sense because psychologically it affects the brain and give stresses to the body which afterall is self affective. Sometimes conflict occours for seeking justice which is not bad at all and helpful for the society. In personal front sometimes conflicts arises inside the family also to drive the normal state of things which are getting distraced . For example--conflicts may arises due to food habits with the other members of the family. In professional lives conflicts are quite common with the peers , superiors and others . Here in professional fonts peers arises conflicts to irritate the colleauge or have some game plan for his colleauge. With superiors it could also happen because superiors put more and more work load or there is lack of infrastructure and employes asks for suitable increments. So from the above discussions it may be concluded that all the conflicts are not bad and it depends upon the situations. Logic should be followed through which conflicts are solved but the party who is following the logic may requires some times to develop the ques of questions to the opponent party.
