Building trust, evident peformance and profit all are indespensable in this domain, however gratitude and related feelings are a must when it comes to a client relationship. The positive returns in this case are the rapport formed for future customer relationship and better clientele. Loyalty programs and better interpersonal skills are an essential aspect of relationship management in and across organizations. Also, the substantial difference between transformational versus servant leadership principles is the manner in which the leader operates. While both type of leaders show their concern towards followers, the main focus of the servant leader is on service to the followers. Therefore, the approach towards followers is the main element of differentiating between them. For this reason, the employees under a management team using servant leadership format are likely to have more job satosfaction. When the over all well being of the clients including their personal growth, development and psychological well-being is catered to, the level of satisfaction at work is likely to be greater.
