Calculate the MET cost of walking on the treadmill at 2.5 mph/6% grade The answer is broken down in front of me but I’m not sure how they got some of the numbers and may need it broken down further, the first step of the answer says: 2.5 mph x 26.8 m.min -1 per mph= 67.0 m.min-1 and I’m not sure where the 26.8 came from.
