a) In order to plan on how to find a new place for the company , we can use lean approach where we consider all the available alternatives, compare them and pick up the best alternative. This kind of approach helps us in determining what is important for the company and how we can find the correct place for our requirements and budget .
b)In order to plan this project we first need to determine our requirements . We must analyse the need to change to a new facility . We must then determine the budget that can be kept for this process . We must then compare our budget and our requirements and compare them to understand what is more important at this point of business.
c) While deciding on the new facility we would have conflicting requirements like low budget with small space or high rent with perfect space, easily accessible for customers or low rent but far for customers. We need to determine what is most important for us. In this situation the major requirement is a large space to meet the demand and a space which is easily accessible for our customers. Based on this we need to select the space.
