The purpose of the system is to help monitor information on patient satisfaction to provide better quality of services. Sandy is trying to decide between three different systems. Sandy should send a request for infornation to all the three vendors as he is not sure about the different feedback systems present in market and how do theyvexactly work. He is also not sure about which system would be best suited according to his demands. By requesting for information on different systems he would have better knowledge about different feedback system which will help him to buy the best available option.

The request for information documents she will send should include all the queries she have regarding different systems. The document should be clear, comprehensive and properly stated. It should include wuestions about the types of systems available in market, how do they work, efficiency of systems, price. Questions regarding the flexibility of system and the web security should be raised. Ask for if the system works in real time or not. Ask for user friendliness of the system. Some systems come with self manageable options you can also ask for it. You can also ask for user ratings and reviews of each system.
