There are different types of job and the success of job performance is related to the success of the company. Every job relates some specific skill and the concerned person needs to know the criteria of the job and how to do the job. When a company recruits a new employee the management specially mentions about the experience and it is said that special favor would be given to the experienced candidates. If a company recruits a fresh candidate then the company needs to train the candidate. It is not easy to say whether the training would be fruitful or not. Therefore all the companies try to recruit experienced candidates and on the basis of the experience.
