so,    we can say that

                                  1 uL contains = 0.145 units

and,      we know,      1 uL = 10^(-6) L = 10^(-3) mL

so we can say,

                                 10^(-3) mL contanis = 0.145 units

      so                        1 mL contains = 0.145*10⁽³⁾ units

            then              10 mL will contais = 0.145*10⁽⁴⁾ units = 1450 units

And finally,                    300 units = 1 mg     1 unit = (1/300) mg

so                                 1450 units will = (1/300)*1450 = 4.833 mg

The amount of LDH is required = 4.833 mg
