2) One can develop these characteristics by their active interest in all what going on their real lives and taking it as a challenge and thinking like a solver .employees should themselves feel successful at their position and have a sense of belonging at the company to stay longer.
3)the HR department has the most important role in shaping the employees characteristics and behavior according to the needs of their company.HR should conduct trading programs where the employees must be given situation similar to the real work environment and rest all leave upon them and see how they react and come to a decision. employees could be trained on the job or off the job to develop teamwork and interpersonal skills among employees and reducing the chances of conflicts at the same time. Employees must be given proper orientation about the company’s rules and policies and what all are expected from new hires. This all could be possible by effective HR intervention.
