Hotel industry is basically that industry which deals with service related to the accommodation of the guest. Hotel industry has been one of the most rapidly growing sectors of the world. As more and more people are travelling it becomes very important for them to find good place for them to stay and conduct the meetings. Here comes the role of hotel industry. The hotel industry provide them superior guest experience.

Hilton hotel-
The Vision of Hilton hotel is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.
Hilton Hotel provides excellent product and services for its Travelers. Hilton has luxury Hotels which caters to the highest standard of luxury and service. They mostly target premium customers who look for higher end hotels. These are the flagship brands amongst the hotels. The company offers loyalty programs with partnership to different types of airlines and car rental companies. Marriott Hotel-
The vision of Marriott Hotel is to be the world's favorite travel company. The reason for success in Marriott Hotel has been its ability to enhance the life of the customers by providing them with premium services which also helps the hotel to establish itself as a profitable company over a long time period. To retain customer Marriott Hotel at option strategy of providing the customer with vacation experience that is worth the money. Marriott Hotel also take great care of it employees . It has a culture with puts people on the top. It hires people who are equipped with the skill set in personal excellence.
Hyatt hotel- the vision of Hyatt Hotel is a world of understanding and care.
The main reason for success of Hyatt hotel is delivering genuine services for the guest in each of the targeted segment. Their services create a a memorable customer experience. Their target high class business travelers wedding groups. They maintain high standards of hygiene and also upgrade the technology from time to time. They offer membership plan to customer to generate customer loyalty.

The key parties in all the hotels are the customers the employees and the hotels board of directors.

The key reasons for success in the hospitality industry is-
1. Location- the place where the hotel is located is one of the key factors for success. Prime location hotels tend to attract more customers. Hotels which are placed near airport or Railways are more approachable to customers.
2. The second key to success in the hotel industry is to to continuously find out more and more ways for improving the guest experience. Customer delight is the key factor for success. Customer delight is one step more than customer satisfaction. When a customer satisfied he only keeps the experience to himself but if a customer is delighted he does word of mouth publicity which will generate more guest to the hotel.
