1. Mass shooting takes place in America and many died for such violence. There are various reasons behind such violence:

  • It is found that the guilty has mental disorder and therefore they do not know what consequence may happen.
  • Bullying may lead one to take revenge.
  • Discrimination may lead one to take revenge.
  • It is easy to get gun there.
  • As most of the parents are busy, they do not have time to think of their child. Their loneliness makes them ferocious.
  • Religious terrorism may be the cause of mass shooting.
  • Drug addiction or alcoholism also cause mass shooting.
  • Physical abuse makes one revengeful and he may take revenge.

2. According to the cultural Transmission theories,the racial discrimination transmits generation after generation. Naturally it causes many problems and some victims take violent ways to take revenge against discrimination.

The psychology theory of crime says that a large number of mass shooters are victim of psychological disorder. Therefore they have no control over themselves.Besides, for bullying, one suffers from tension and stress. So he may lose self-control.

3. For stopping mass shooting the following steps should be taken:

  • Gun license should be restricted.
  • The school authority should take steps for psychological evaluation of the students periodically.
  • The school authority should notice carefully whether there is any discrimination in the class.
  • Any type of bullying should be prohibited.
  • The intelligence bureau must be aware regarding any terrorist activities.
  • Parents must be careful to the children.
  • Social gathering should be organized so that people can be free to each other.
