I would describe the internet show that I regularly watch its series on yourtube it is BK Shivani of Bramhakumari. She is the best orrator at present. She addreses problems very patiently. Basically Bramhkumari is the meditation group. She has internet shows with Suresh Oberoi and they discuss a lot about mind, how to power your mind, how to stay away from negative energy, how to be happy always. It always been discussed through some or the wyas we have power to chose our own thoughts. Which can make us happy, which can empower us in any situation. Hence according to this series it is said that behaviour problems are based upon the thoughts that we keep on building.

I like her sentenc e when she says that we can wither take our thoughts from level 50 to 70 or we can stop thinking about it and come back to level 40. Hence when I thought of this I was very happy and decided that I would track my thoughts instead of getting carried away in my thouhgts which leads to nothing but negative energy.
