The recent project that I have been part of was the school annual day event. The project started from planning phase where layout of event was prepared along with the estimated budget. One entertaining performance from each specialization field was mandatory. Selection of performances for final event was based on several factors. Once the outline was finalized along with final date of event, final budget was prepared and send for approval. As per requirement of client the preparations for final event were started. The event was commenced as planned. The project was completed with the successful event organized at the decided venue. Payment was made as decided.

Answer 2:
The planned budget was $ 2.863. The actual budget turned to be $2.750.
The planned duration of the project was 60 days, the actual duration of the project turned out to be same i.e. 58 days.
Answer 3:
Yes, I will consider the project completion successful because the project completed within the assigned duration and budget by utilizing pre-defined resources. And the profit that came was better than estimated.
Answer 4:
The advice that I will give to the project manager of the next project like this one is that it is always better to conduct risk identification before you start project. The reason is that it is helpful in overcoming the hurdles that appear in between the project. This always helped in estimating the appropriate project time and budget.
