It is known as anything that prevents the use of health services by creating it more difficult for some people to access, use or benefit from health care services.

According to some recent studies 24 days was the avarage waiting period for a patient to consult with his doctor or a nurse practitioner. Which is a highly disappointing for the sick and needy.

• Contact government agencies to seek help
