As customer service manager for Lean Cuisine Frozen Foods, respond to a letter from Joe Cool, a student at Cal Poly Pomona. Joe wrote expressing his disappointing experience with a Vegetarian Lasagne. Although Joe did not ask for a refund, his letter was to inform your company about the poor quality of the meal. Dear Joe,
I am writing this to inform you the I have received your letter informing about the poor quality meal you have got and I am sorry to hear that you had to face such situation where the products of Lean Cuisine Frozen Foods was not found satisfactory.
Joe, I want to communicate this to you that there are certain requirement from the store's end to keep the packed food fresh and sometimes the stores does not follow the guidelines due to which the quality of the packed food is compromised.
As a representative of the company I want to assure you that your complaint has been noted and the executives from the company will inform our selling partners in your area about the handling of our frozen products.
I also want to inform you that we at Lean Cuisine Frozen Foods take utmost care to deliver excellent customer experience to our valuable customers and I request you to try some of our many vegetarian products available.
