1. Define customer service (how you understand customer service)
2. How does your organization work to improve customer service ?
1. Customer service is the guidance and assistance which is given to the present or prospective customer towards the product or service provided and the references of the benefits gained by the user of the product or services. The customer services also take care of the complaints of the customers and resolve them at the earliest to the satisfaction of the customer.
2. Every company has its "Customer Service or care" department. The main functions of the Customer care service department is to satisfy each and every customer, whether present or prospective and improve the customer care through following steps :
a) Attend to each customer at the earliest possible.
b) Be optimistic towards approaching the customer.
c) Book the order of the customer and transfer that to the marketing department.
d) Always put the company’s product or service in lime-light at the time of attending customer.
e) Do not dissatisfy the person in contact whether it materialize into customer deal or not.
f) Resolve the issues to the end and satisfy the customer/person in contact.
The list of steps towards improving the services to the customer has no limit, there could some more points. But these steps taken by the company help it to satisfy its customer or enlarge its client-tale.
